The website should be ‘I received great care’. Preoperative and postoperative care was so good. Doctor Narvani was very professional, reassuring, visited me regularly after my op which was a success. I am back to my pre-fall condition just after 2 months. I felt very safe despite COVID. All the staff was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals.
I went to Ashford Hospital yesterday for the first time since Covid. Obviously wore a mask as required.
There was a man outside the entrance who asked where I was going (presumably to confirm that I had an appointment).
I was then temperature checked inside by another man, who offered me a clean mask if I’d needed one.
I was later checked off a list before going through to the unit I was visiting and then informed the ward secretary that I was there for my appointment. There were much fewer chairs in the waiting area than on my previous visit so clear social distancing in place.
Hand sanitiser was everywhere, staff were wearing masks and everything was very clean (as it has always been).
Understanding.
Information.
Kindness.
Excellent.
The care I received was very good. They gave me plenty of time to say how I felt and what I really needed with help at home.
Nothing could improve the service I received.
Excellent care every time we have appointment. Thank you.
Could do with few new style wheelchairs.
Parking.
Abysmal points a bad refection on hospital and hub.
Yet again an extraordinary experience. Every experience a model of excellence.
Ashford hub is such an innovative and wonderfully effective facility.
Incredible.
All the staff were really helpful, kind and welcoming.
Could have more toilets as their only one.
Cannot fault any of the staff etc excellent service.
Lorraine fixed me!
Care was good because I felt listened to and did not feel rushed in the hub.
Only improvement would be more wheelchairs need to be available. I struggle to walk too far and cannot always guarantee a wheelchair is available at the entrance.
